
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A pre-negotiated deposit is required to hold the request rental items for the requested rental date. This deposit will then be subtracted from the final bill with the remaining balance due 24 hrs before delivery or pickup.

All rental items must be ready for retrieval or be returned on the agreed upon return date, unless previously communicated to and agreed upon by the renter.

Should the items not be returned through a fault not of the rental company, then the customer shall and will be Charged for each additional day. Likewise, should the retrieval of the items be postponed through no fault of the rental company then the customer shall and will be charged accordingly.

All applicable rental items must be returned in or be repackaged in the container (s) that they were provided in, as failure to do so will incur a cost to the rentee.

Should the retrieval person (s) need to repack the items for retrieval the customer will incur all additional cost for time spent.

Cancellation of any item within 48 hours of scheduled delivery of or picking up of the order will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Furthermore, cancellation of entire order must be done within 2 weeks prior to event date or a cancellation fee of 30% of entire deposit will be forfeited.

The renter is responsible for loss or damage of items and will pay for the cost of replacement or repair. This cost will be assessed within 5 days of return and presented in a separate invoice payable within 15 days. The replacement value of items will be determined by age and condition at time of rental. Likewise, the rentee will incur a cleaning fee should the rental items be returned a deplorable condition to be determine by LCOARental.

There is no warranty that rented items are free of defects.

Renter takes full responsibility for proper set up of tables to ensure proper leg locking for full stability.

If equipment is ordered and delivered but not used, no refund will be approved.

A Pre-determined Security Deposit is required for all orders and will be REFUNDED to the original payment method upon the RETURN and subsequent CHECK of all items. Furthermore, should the rentee security deposit chooses not the pay the security the, then a credit card authorization form will be issued and will be kept on a confidential system should there be any damages or lost of the items rented. lilacmist.inc@gmail.com

Installation and Breakdown of items is a separate fee and not included in the rental fee quoted.

All deliveries and retrieval will be done within our regular operating time. Therefore, should it be necessary for delivery and or retrieval to be done outside our normal business hours to fee that is to be determine by LCOARental will apply.
